Here is a killer 10 minute workout that will get you results…if you take action and use it. If you are truly wanting to lose weight, build muscle, and get in the best shape of your life, then this is the one for you.
All of the “old ways”, the old 1 hour, and 2 hour workouts are proven to do more harm to your body than good. You don’t need to workout any longer than 10 to 30 minutes, and only 3 times per week. If you are doing workouts for hours and hours, and for more than 3 days per week, then you are hurting your body, your joints, not to mention all of the time you are wasting and could be doing something way more productive.
Don’t have 10 minutes 3 times per week? If you say no, then I say BS! We all have 24 hours in a day…right? Yes we do, but some people are better using their time than others. I guess it is all in what you want out of life, isn’t it. If you are the type of person that is tired of the way you look and feel, then you will make the time to do some of these workouts, like the ones on this blog. If not, then keep doing what you are doing i guess…lol.
Make sure and stretch out good before and after your workouts, and it will also help you to add vitamins and supplements to your daily intake.
