Still averaging 1# per day weight loss on the 3 week diet…

My wife and I are still averaging a 1# weight loss on the 3 week diet. As you can see in the picture above the meals we are preparing are very good and as you can see, they are extremely healthy too.

My wife has done the weight watchers diet many times and lost weight, but never had this good of meals, and never had this kind of results from those diets.

This is a totally different diet than I’ve ever seen, and that is exactly what my wife said, but the bottom line is; IT WORKS! The fastest way to lose weight and keep it off for good is by far “the 3 week diet“.

If you are struggling to lose weight and have already tried other dieting but had little to no success, then I encourage you to try the 3 week diet. Don’t just try it though; instead DO IT! Do it with that winners attitude. Do it with the attitude that you WILL lose weight and you WILL reach your goals. As a result, you WILL lose weight and reach your goals. 🙂

You can do anything that you set your mind to do. Will it be easy? That is all up to you and your mindset. Can it be easy? Yes, once you decide to make it easy, it then becomes easy. Seriously though, this thought process apply a to anything you decide to do in life.
