Below you can see my 2017 Snapshots of tracking my steps and calories using Garmin Vivofit.

I’ve mentioned in previous post about the importance of using Garmin Vivofit 2 tracker, or any type of tracking devise. By using some type of tracker you can almost be guaranteed results if you take yourself serious and discipline your actions.

I personally like and use the Garmin Vivofit 2 and absolutely love it. However, there are many good tracking devises on the market that also work just fine.

Below is my 2017 Snapshots

Work Needed

The apps and your fitness tracker keep track of what you do, Steps you take each day, food you eat, your sleep ? and more. You still have to do your part (the work).

2017 Snapshots keep you accountable

Get others to do the same thing and you can reach your goals with friends. Having a group of other like minded people will help all of you go farther and do so much better. Friendly competition is contagious and will make you work harder.

Set Goals and Stick With It

Have you set goals for yourself? And will you stick with it until you reach those goals? Most people thinks goals are foolish and will quit shortly after they start something new.

New Years resolutions are set every year by millions of people, but how many of those people follow through with those resolutions? Not many! Tracking your daily steps is a must, if you want to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, and or get in the best shape of your life.

Follow Through

Be the one that sets the goals for yourself, and be the one that actually follows through on those goals. Refuse to quit and give up on your goals…or yourself! One of my biggest (daily goals) is getting at least 10,000 steps in. Of course, there are days that I fall short of that, but it is still my daily goal. There is something about looking at my Garmin Vivofit 2 wrist watch every evening and seeing the steps that I have, or don’t have and often times getting up out of my easy chair/recliner and doing something to get in more activity and steps before I call it an evening. I don’t always do this, but most of the time I do. Sometimes I am just tired and ready for a hot shower, my easy chair and then bed…lol.

Enjoy, and we will talk soon. Feel free to leave your comments below. Maybe you have results you’d like to share? I’d love to hear about those results!

Always do your best,

Mike Pilcher
