I still can’t believe that my belly was that fat, and I must say, these pictures are a bit embarrassing to share. However, without doing so, you will not realize how for real the 3 week diet really is.
The 3 week diet is more than just a diet, it also has a simple workout schedule that you can use or not. I was already working out 3 times weekly for about 30min each workout, but was unable to get rid of the stubborn belly fat, or at least until the 3 week diet.

Using the workout program inside of the 3 week diet has also helped build more muscle which also is a huge fat burner. Yes, muscle burns fat! In fact, for every 1# of muscle you have, you will burn 100 calories. Weight Loss and Fitness may not be your thing, or maybe it is, but either way, most everyone wants to just lose some stubborn fat and have tried numerous diets, methods, etc, without any success at all. Pay close attention to the 3 week diet and you will see the difference between it and all of the other weight loss diets that never deliver results, or at least not what you want.

Now, I have to be brutally honest here. I actually cheated some over the last 3 weeks while on the 3 week diet, but as you can see in the pictures above, I’ve still lost weight and over 3 inches off my waist. Plus, my belly and entire mid section is much firmer. By cheating I mean I ate a few things that I shouldn’t have, but is still worked for me, and I am going to continue doing then3 week diet even though I have already done the 3 weeks. I still have more fat to lose, and the 3 week diet is the perfect vehicle for losing weight and stubborn fat.
Part of my cheating on the 3 week diet was because of dark chocolate and some jiff peanut butter. As you can see here << dark chocolate is actually good for you and has been proven to help prevent heart disease and lower blood pressure. One of the most important tools I have used to help me stay on track is a free app called “MyFitnessPal“. This free app is incredible and will help keep you on track as well. I am honest with it and enter everything that I eat in detail, and I also enter any exercising, walking, etc that I do for each day. It calculates everything and gives you a chart/graph of your day. It will let you know where you are at as far as calories, carbs, fat, etc, according to what you put in for your weight, height, age, male/female, goals, etc. I highly recommend using MyFitnessPal to help you reach your goals much faster.
Am I where I want to be as far as fat loss and muscle gain? No I am not, but I am definitely way closer than I was just 3 weeks ago. I will post another picture in another 3 weeks so you can see even more results, because as mentioned, I am going to keep using the 3 week diet even though I have already done 3 weeks. If it is working, then why not keep using it…right? Remember: I am 54 year old, so if I can do this, then so can you, or anyone else that will simple put forth some effort.
