There’s a lot of people out there that say they want to lose weight, but when it comes right down to it they don’t want to do what it takes to lose weight. So you have to ask yourself a question, how bad do I want to lose weight.
Sure I like to eat potato chips and sit on the couch and just hang out and do nothing as well, but for me it got to a point where when I looked in the mirror I didn’t like what I saw. Especially when I turned sideways. So, I made the decision to take action and do something about the problem.
Below I’m going to share a few tips with you that I’ve used during this three-week diet that is help me immensely. Some of these tips you may not want to use, and Some of you might not want to use. But I will tell you this, everyone of these tips below will help if you lose weight if you will just take action and use them.
A few tips below for losing weight fast and keeping it off.
- Eat less carbs per meal.
- Figure out what your number is so that you know how many carbs you should be allowed per day.
- Keep your protein higher than carbs and fat.
- Don’t eat carbs before lunch and preferably don’t eat anything until lunch.
- Have 4 to 5 meals per day. Lunch being your first meal.
- Never eat after 8:00 PM.
- Drink lots of water each day. At least 1 gallon a day.
- Try to get at least seven hours of sleep per night.
- Exercise more, sit around less.
- Use the “FitStar” app for exercising and exercise at least three times per week between 15 and 30 minutes each time.
Just by using a few of these tips mentioned above, you will start to notice dramatic changes in your body, and you will lose weight. Not only will you lose weight, but you will feel better, you will have much more energy, and you will start to like what you see in the mirror after just 3 short weeks.
Should I expect to lose weight right away, and what is the secret to the 3 week diet?
Now remember, this is not going to happen overnight. It will take some time, but if you will commit to losing weight and getting fit, you should start to notice a big difference in your body in the first three weeks of using these diet ideas above, or better yet, by using the 3 week diet plus plan. If I do lose weight, will it come back like it has before?
The only way that the weight you lose will come back is if you go right back to your pour eating habits and eating schedule that got you overweight in the first place. It is not all your fault though. Remember, as we get older our metabolism slows down and we also start losing muscle. Muscle burns fat and calories, so as we get older and start losing muscle, then even if we are still eating the same as we always have, the weight/fat starts packing on due to that loss of muscle. This is why it is so important that we exercise/workout so that we can build some more muscle. And of course by continuing to exercise/workout you will maintain the muscle and not lose anymore. The more muscle you have, the more calories/fat that muscle will burn. Also, by changing your eating habits and your eating schedule is when the noticeable difference will start to take place in your body.
Make it fun, and not something you hate to do. After you get in the habit of doing some of these things keeping the weight off will be simple. It typically takes about three weeks to form a habit, so be patient, and stick with it! Or at least if you want to really lose weight. 🙂
