A Winning Combination for anyone in the human race, and especially for those that are in their 40’s and over 50.

Is Whey Protein Right For You? Read this article and find out.

For years I didn’t concern myself with vitamins, supplements and whey protein. Now that I am over 50 I pay closer attention to my body, my weight, and especially the things I eat and drink.

I highly recommend getting yourself a winning combination of multi vitamins and a good quality whey protein at any age, but especially if you are over the age of 50.

Why Multi Vitamins and Whey Protein?

  1. For proper health
  2. More endurance
  3. More strength
  4. Help maintain your proper weight
  5. Help prevent diseases, cancers, etc

A winning combination starts with making the decision to do something that will improve your overall health. A good quality multi vitamin and a good quality whey protein is the first place to start. And I’m not talking about getting the cheapest multi vitamin and whey protein out there. I’m talking about looking at the label and then doing your research on what is good for you and your body.

Below is a picture of the package label on the Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein powder. This also comes in vanilla and strawberry flavors to. I am a chocolate lover, so I prefer chocolate flavor. 🙂

Here is what I use for multi vitamins and whey protein. I’m not saying that you have to take these, but I am saying I’ve done extensive research to find the absolute best multi vitamin and whey protein out there, and this is why I use these.

What Will These Do For You?

  • Improve your strength and stamina
  • Improve your vision/eye sight
  • Make you sleep better
  • Reduce your chances of headaches
  • Reduce your chances of diseases, cancers, etc
  • Help you maintain a healthy body weight
  • Improve sex life
  • Improve bowl movements

Of course these could go on and on. These products I’ve chose are why I perform at such a high level at the age of 54, and the reason I don’t have trouble maintaining my correct body weight anymore, like I once had trouble with.

This picture above is showing some of the very yummy recipes that I use to mix my whey proteins with. I prefer Almond Milk because I like the way it taste, and it is lactose free as well as only 60 calories.

The picture below shows the Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein as well as the Emza Gold Liquid Multi Vitamin is Lactose free. This picture right here is a winning combination for me, and I truly believe it is for anyone that wants to be in better shape, healthier, more active, and have more energy on a daily basis. Like I have shown in previous post and videos, I use a shaker/blender bottle from the vitamin shoppe to mix these whey protein powders and milk, or with juice, or with water. That is another great thing I love about these whey proteins, they taste great mixed with anything!

If you’re not sure how to mix these, etc, then I encourage you to go back through the older post on this blog for ideas, tips, the “how to” and videos sharing how to do different things, and workouts as well. See how to mix your whey proteins here <<. Watch the video below for mixing whey protein using a shaker bottle.

So many people I have ran into always are shopping for the discounts, and don’t get me wrong, I do too. However, when it comes to “QUALITY” multi vitamins and whey proteins, these are priced very well, but don’t allow yourself to go out and buy the cheapest crap on the market place, because you will get exactly what you pay for. You buy cheap crap and you get cheap crap that won’t do anything for your body and overall health at all, except maybe hurt you instead of improve you.

Check these products out, look at the labels, look at the health benefits, and feel free to try and find something better, especially for the price point these are at. I will share my resources with you as well as how to get discounted pricing on these multi vitamins and whey proteins.

A Winning Combination and My Resources:

I always take my Emza Gold liquid multi vitamins first thing in the morning when I get up, and I also mix my Jay Robb whey protein with Emza Gold and Almond milk and drink it at the same time. A winning combination that gives me so much more energy and stamina than anything else I have ever tried and used. Here is a huge tip: When I workout (which is 3 times weekly x 30min each workout, I wait until my workout is over before I drink my protein drink. I workout first thing in the morning and if I was to drink the protein and immediately workout, then I would have belly slosh and possible upset stomach due to working out right after drinking the protein drink. Right after a workout is really the best time to drink your whey protein shake anyway. This gives your body the protein to help build the muscles that you just tore down during the workout, and gives you that energy boost you need to carry on through your day.
