Over the last 3 years or so I’ve found that tracking your daily steps, as well as the food you eat is very easy when using the Garmin Vivofit 2. Although many people thinks it’s foolish to track everything they do, this is actually the only way to stay on track and meet your daily goals.

When you enter your food and activities into “myfitnesspal“, then hit the “sync” button on your Vivofit 2 it compiles everything into Garmin Connect and will give you and graph view like pictured above.
