I’ve been asking myself, is the TimberKing 2020 electric sawmill a joke?
Well, I found out first hand this morning, this sawmill is one bad dude! I went to Minnesota and set up this TimberKing electric sawmill, the electrician wired up the 3 phase power, and we finished leveling the mill up perfectly. Now, it was almost time for the big test.
Will this electric sawmill be able to hang with the gas and diesel engine sawmills?
After filling the water tank with windshield washer fluid and some dawn dish soap, we fired up this quiet electric bandmill for the first time.
Much to my amazement, the power was unlimited and the only thing you could really hear, was the saw blade and the sawdust collection system. This was not only a silent sleeper, but I could saw as fast as I wanted and could not slow it down.
For this lumber yard, the electric model was the best fit, due to being inside a building, and not having to worry about carbon monoxide, or having to deal with gas or diesel, or any other regular engine maintenance, such as fueling, oil changes and other maintenance and service.

I truly believe that the electric sawmill is so much more efficient than the gas or diesel models, but also way more powerful. No hearing protection is needed for the electric model either, unless you choose to use it.
After today, I am positive that the electric power would be perfect for the massive TimberKing 6000 mill. With the 6000 sawmill, the frame is set up permanently, so you don’t have to worry about it being portable, so why not have that mega torque and power for a large mill that has so much blade inside of the large logs the 6000 can handle?

Always do your best,
