I’ve been hauling logs to my TimberKing Sawmill, and I’ve got many more to haul. Most of these logs are either oaks, or walnuts.

Once I start milling these logs into lumber, my log pile disappears very quickly. Some of these logs are over 16’ in length, and many are approaching 35” to 37” in width.
Live Edge Walnut Slabs
A great deal of the walnuts are getting milled into 2” and 3” live edge slabs for table tops, counter tops and other custom furniture projects. We are also cutting some into usable lumber, like 1”x3” and 3/4”x3” for trim projects. I’ve also milled some walnut into 2”x6” for making custom bow handles.
Step By Step Videos Coming Soon
More post coming, and I am still working on this new website/blog platform, to bring more exciting projects, pictures and step by step videos of my 2220 TimberKing sawmill. Videos like, changing blades, servicing these mills, changing out guide rollers and alignment. Squaring up log stops, setting and using the setworks computer, and cutting logs from very start to last cut. Turning a log into an entire stack of 2×6’s and never taking one board off by hand, but rather, using the toe board rollers to lift the stack and use tractor and pallet forks to remove.
Always do your best,
