See exactly how my 2018 Ram Air Flow Improvements @ Pin Oaks Farm has helped hauling equipment around and improved fuel mileage. The video below will show exactly how this can be done to any Ram pickup with the 6.7 Cummins turbo diesel engine. There are also pictures down below showing parts I’ve used on this Ram 3500.
It’s not always about the performance for me, it’s about how the modifications can better improve the overall performance and dependability of what I’m working on. In this case, these modifications shown below is the life of my 2018 Ram 3500 6.7 turbo diesel pickup.
Dependability is everything to me, and of course I want the best overall performance as well. As shown and explained in the video, these items I removed and replaced, are items that could have hurt my engine, or destroyed it. So it’s just common sense to remove and replace items that could potentially cause harm…right?

Just like the air-box tube, removing that restriction cone didn’t cost me anything other than a little time. But, on the other hand, it will save my turbo and engine from possible harm.
Below are pictures from when I removed the old Cummins Killer and added the Banks Monster Ram intake and other parts. Look at the side by side comparison of the intake air intake entry hole size…WOW!

I am using the Auto Agent/Ez Lynk tuner setup on this 2018 Ram 3500. I have custom tunes by GDP and love these custom tunes. See screen shot below of the one I currently am running. This one has been my overall favorite. It allows you to also do tuning on the 68rfe transmission as well. I’ve added a transmission line bypass valve to get rid of the problematic inline thermostat block and replace it with bypass block for cooler temps and no issues. I also added a custom built titanium valve body and deep transmission pan for more fluid capacity.

These transmissions changes and parts used can be found in previous post on this website. You can also see the post about these transmissions modifications by clicking here <<~~. Bulletproof 68rfe Transmission – 2018 Ram 3500.
