Another TimberKing 2020 LubeKing install complete. From start to finish this project took me about 1 hour. However, I am very picky on getting everything nice and neat, and level, so this probably added at least 15 additional minutes to this LubeKing install.
Notice, in the pictures above, I’ve added new fittings and valve into the water/lube tank (not cheap plastic either), and I’ve ran the electric wire inside the wire loom which hides it, as well as protects it. I also added the blade wiper block and orange scotch brite pads for keeping the blade clean and free of gunk.
The last thing I’ve done to this customers brand new TimberKing 2020 sawmill, is adjust the drag back bars to what I call the 3+3+3” spread. This ensures that when using the drag back, you catch 2×4’s and all other lumber sizes as well.
The way I’ve designed these turnkey systems, makes the install a simple and pretty much effortless procedure.
