If you own a sawmill, then here are some much needed updates for improving your TimberKing sawmill for more profits.

These are updates that are NOT available from TimberKing, but can be added with ease, and at a very affordable price. As a TimberKing sawmill owner, I understand the importance of getting the most out of my sawmill as possible, and that’s exactly why I’ve created many of these much needed add ons for my TimberKing sawmill.

And yes, there are others out there that has some add ons for TimberKing mills, but no one else has the complete packages that I have, nor will they take the time to help you with your TimberKing sawmill, like I will.
Will TimberKing Sawmills Work Without These Add Ons?
Yes, all TimberKing sawmills will work just fine without these much needed add ons. However, if you want to get the most out of your TimberKing mill, then that is why these add ons are a must. For one, getting rid of cheap plastic parts that break and leave you broke down, and simply making your sawmill more efficient is an absolute must. It’s the simple things that sometimes make the biggest difference in efficiency. For example, walking back and forth over and over to turn water/lube valves on and off…each time you want to turn logs, offload lumber or slabs, or reload logs.
Why Is Straight Water A Bad Choice For Blade Lube?
I’ve done it and it’s bad for your sawmill and parts. Water, dish soap and even pinesol work for sawmill blade lube, but it still allows rust to start building on your sawmill and parts. Pinesol is the best cleaner if you just want to keep using water, but I’m telling you it’s not the best choice, especially when it comes to taking the best care for your investment. You need something that will actually lubricate your blade, guide rollers and other moving parts. Logs already have water in them, which is actually keeping your blade cool, to a certain extent, but not lubricating and cleaning your blade or guide rollers.
What Is The Best Blade and Guide Roller Lube and Cleaner?
Diesel fuel is undoubtedly the best lube and cleaner for your sawmill blade, but it can be expensive, and like for me, many of my customers do NOT want the smell or possible diesel fuel stains in their high dollar walnut lumber that will be going into furniture and into homes for mantles and other items. So my alternative is, Cotton Picker Spindle Cleaner. This stuff is cheap and last forever because it’s so concentrated. This is an oil based, water soluble product that was designed to keep the spindles clean from the sticky cotton going into farm machinery. The highest part of this is the shipping, but like me, I order a case of 4, which is 4 one gallon jugs and will last for a very long time.
