In the video below I am sharing this TimberKing 6000 customized and ready for Alabama. This mill will mill up to a whopping 60” in width. My friend JD has asked me to add my LubeKing automated blade lube system.
Once I get this down to JD’s place next week, and we get it all put together and leveled, then we are going to load it up with large 58” pecan logs at NorthAlaTreeService. Wait until you see this beast plow through these large logs and turn them into massive, beautiful live edge slabs.
Below is the video I shot today while adding all of these custom features. In my opinion, every TimberKing sawmill should never go out without these custom features on them. Not only does it make the sawmill more efficient, but it ups the performance and operator efficiency as well.

P.S. Just as I shared in the video above, outside of diesel fuel, the best blade lube I’ve found is windshield washer fluid and Cotton Picker Spindle Cleaner/Detergent. In the summer I like to use the bug formula windshield washer fluid for its additional cleaning formula. For winter/cold weather I switch to the -20 degree formula. The bug formula is only 32 degrees.
