There is no doubt that this TimberKing 1220TW will surprise you. The TW stands for “Tall and Wide” cuts. This tall and wide rascal takes the same blade as the big portable mills that TimberKing sells so many of. Yes, it’s true! The TK1620, 2020, 2220 and 2520 Mills takes the same blade as the 1220TW. Notice the picture right below here…this 1220TW has an additional extension in it over normal length. This allows for very long cuts.
Check this short video below of my friend, Bobby operating his new TimberKing 1220 sawmill. Maybe your budget won’t allow for the larger hydraulic sawmills, but it could very well work for this 1220 mill?
This is not a hydraulic mill, but if you are wanting a much cheaper, tough as heck sawmill, that will do as advertised, then you may need to take a good long look at this TimberKing 1220TW.
