Here are some TimberKing 1620 modifications for blade lube I’m currently doing to a new mill going to Minnesota. This is all being done in my shop, which has been requested from the new owner of this sawmill.
Just like anything else, you can modify and make a machine fit your own style and needs. Just like I have done to my own TimberKing 2220 sawmill, Stihl 400c chainsaw, my 2018 Ram 3500, and my Kubota M9960 tractor, modifications have been done to fit my style and needs. These TimberKing sawmills work fine without all of these modifications, but with them, they are more efficient and easier on the operator.
As shown in the pictures below, these custom add ons are nice and neat and bolt right on to any TimberKing sawmill/bandmill. No wires hanging out in the open, no clutter hanging on with zip ties and or baling wire. Everything is nice and neat, just as it should be. These add ons look as though they were done right at the factory, which to me, looks tight and right!

I’ve always been a believer in doing things once and doing them right. Maybe someone has the intentions to just fix it temporary and come back later to do it the right way. Guess what? The later never comes, unless it quits working. Why not do it once and do it right? Seriously, it doesn’t take that much longer to do something the right way!
If you are in need of the same add ons shown here, then reach out to me about your TimberKing sawmill, and how I can help you improve your mill, to improve your efficiency.

You can purchase this complete “LubeKing” system right here.
Once you purchase this system, then be sure and let me know which sawmill you have so that I can customize the order to your specific mill.
Always do your best,
