It’s true, because I was there witnessing this TimberKing sawmill working up rainbow poplar in Georgia. This TimberKing 2020 with a 37hp efi gas engine went through this large poplar log with zero issues.
This particular sawmill can cut up to 21’ in length and up to 38” in width. This is one of the top selling sawmills that TimberKing in Kansas City MO builds. The 2020 is a fully hydraulic sawmill, but it’s also portable, which means, you can hook on and take it anywhere you want. Maybe you can’t get the trees to it, but you can hook on and take it to the trees.
The new owner of this TimberKing 2020 mill requested I add the custom blade lube system I build, which is called the “LubeKing System”. This system not only keeps the blade lubed and clean, but it does it with the simple flip of a switch. When you flip the switch to turn your saw blade on, this “LubeKing” system comes on, and when you shut the blade off, this system shuts off as well. I also upgraded the water/lube tank with stainless steel valve and proper tank bung, and done away with the plastic ones that come from the factory. These original plastic valves don’t last long, they leak and it’s extremely hard to adjust the blade lube with these plastic valves. Not to mention, all of the unnecessary steps back and forth to adjust flow and turn on and off each time you shut the blade off and on.
