Projects Around The Farm With Grandchildren…)

I just wanted to share some of the projects around the farm with grandchildren lately.

One of my grandsons, Colt and I started a tree house last year, and was unable to get it finished. Even though it still isn’t finished, it is closer than it was, thanks to Colt and his little sister Zoey that recently stayed with us. These two spitfires also helped with some other projects, like building more fence for our calves.

It’s so nice to spend time with all our grandchildren, and help teach them things we’ve learned over the years, like how to actually work, and not spend so much wasted time on social medias, and playing games on devises that will never teach anyone how to really make it this tough world we live in.

We still have to put the tin on the outside and roof of the tree house, and of course do some things inside, but it is much closer than it was. We’ve also decided to add a rear deck and some more windows.

Here are some pictures sharing our latest progress…

We have one life to live, so always make the best of each day. Cherish and be thankful for what you have! We all have our own ways, but for me, I choose to only hang out with positive, uplifting people who inspire me, people that speak positive, and dream big. It says in the scripture, we will eat the fruit of our words.

We can either live positive, or negative, and the negative option doesn’t work for me. Think of your life like the rudder of a ship. The rudder guides the ship/boat in a certain direction…right? It’s the same way with our lives. The people we choose to hang out with, and the words we speak, guides the direction of our lives. If you hang out with negative, criticizing people, then more than likely you will be the same. If you hang out with people always speaking garbage, gossiping, slamming others, talking about how bad life is, or how they always get all the bad breaks in life, that’s what you will start doing, and becoming as well.

Think about where you want to go, goals you have, or dreams you have. Are you headed in the right direction to achieve these goals and dreams? Change isn’t always easy, but often times it’s necessary to get to where you want to go!

Be positive and dream BIG!! Dreams do come true!!

More updates and projects around the farm with grandchildren coming soon.

Always do your best,
